We’ve been asking some friends for some ideas to help you get physical with your partner (not like that!) for Valentine’s Day.
Laura Siddall suggests getting up close and personal with some Acro Yoga
Laura is a world champion triathlete so knows a thing or two about keeping fit! She has suggested acroyoga as a great way to have some fun with a friend or partner, as well as get some good stretches in.
She suggests trying some simple shapes first and then move onto more difficult ones. These are great for balance, core strength, flexibility, trust and again lots of fun.
We would recommend you book yourself into a class to learn the basics before having a go at home (or in the bedroom…)
